General questions
Q: Do you offer gift cards online?
No, not at present sorry.

However, if you would like to purchase a gift card for that someone special, please contact us and we can arrange something to suit.

Q: What happens when I order an item that is out of stock?
If for any reason an item is out of stock we'll notify you as soon as possible either by phone or email. Our goal is to never run out of stock (as we track inventory very carefully), but unfortunately it can sometimes happen and can take time for the item to come back into stock. Therefore we will advise the likely delivery timeframe when we speak or email.

If, at any time, you'd like to cancel your order (due to the wait time not being acceptable to you) - we'll do so immediately and a full refund will be processed ASAP. 

Q: How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with refernce number for all future reference. Then, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an Australia Post tracking number/notification once your order reaches the Processing & Dispatch stage of the ordering process. Just copy the number and click the link - it will take you to the relevant freight providers website where it'll display all up-to-date information.
 
 

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
This will depend on a number of factors:
  1. The status of your order
  2. What you ordered,
  3. How long it takes you to contact us
 
Please be aware that pre-made orders generally leave our warehouse within one working day, and made to order items start to be prepared within 1 – 2 days. The time taken to contact us about your order is therefore time critical.
 
If you wish to change or cancel your order it is advisable to call us on (02) 9724 9499  soon after placing your order to ensure we can make any changes prior to dispatch. Please DO NOT email your request as based on the volume of email enquires we receive it is unlikely to seen in time to address your request.

Q: Can I order online and pick up from your store?
Yes, you can choose to pick up your online order at our Chipping Norton head office, however if selecting this option please wait for email or phone confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. Just select the Pickup option at checkout, and bring along your ID when it's time to collect your order.
